VT Card Modifications

I have one of the original VT cards (for the PC). I've never had any hardware modifications made to it. As I recall a while back Newtek recommended a modification or add-on which did something, but my fuzzy recollection is that at the time I didn't think I needed it.

Anyway, are any hardware modifications needed to the first generation VT boards in preparation for VT[3]? Thanks.

There was a mod way back when that had something to do with the problem encountered with certain motherboards not dropping the voltage low enough on warm reboots, but I think if you're not having a problem intializing on startup you don't need to worry about it.

Contact your dealer that you bought it from...
He can check by serial number if the card needs to have hardware changes.
If it is a framefactory you will indeed need it to be upgraded by Newtek
