Auto Button locks up Tricaster

I have 3 cameras hooked up to the Tricaster and every time we hit the "Auto" button on the VM, Tricaster locks up. Doesn't matter what transition is loaded or the speed.
The "Auto" button on the desktop works fine when you click it though. Anyone else having this problem?

Is this when you are doing a transistion from a live camera to a vcr or from camera to camera? Also does this happen if you use the keyboard shortcut to do a auto? Could be a issue with the TriCaster VM you may want to give Tech Support a call.

Doesn't matter what I am transitioning to. I have tried from camera to camera, vcr to camera, vcr to picture, camera to picture...you get the idea.
It only happens when I use the ''auto" key on the VM.
Auto works fine on the keyboard shortcut and with mouse click on the desktop.

Go ahead and give Technical Support a call and we can make a RMA for you to have the unit tested.
