Does anyone know if Newtek operates on the same principle as Microsoft or Adobe, I believe with one copy purchased, I can load it on two machines.

Do we have to purchase the new VT5 software for each machine, or can we load it at least twice?

VT5 is locked to the VT card as a type of dongle. One per machine.

Speed edit is stand alone, I have not heard any word on number of installs that will be allowed with it.

Assuming you have vt cards for all of your machines, you would still need to purchase the VT5 software for all of them. The licenses are tied to the card.
