TrueFillet v1.0 has been released!

TrueFillet v1.0 has been released to the public and can be downloaded from our website http://www.trueart.eu

It's fully interactive equivalent of JettoFillet, compiled to plug-in (not LScript!) that works perfectly with LightWave v9.

You Sir, are a true Gentlemen and a Scholar!!! I used JettoFillet all the time! This was a major blow when it stopped working in v9, you are my Saviour!!!

It even works with all selection modes too awesome! And you can reverse the direction, something JettoFillet never did!

I do have two requests though, if I may!

a) Any chance the metric swtich could use mm instead of m, it's more natural as fillets are often small details. (Love the percentage mode, great addition that!)

b) JettoFillet had a 'maximum' option where the fillet would be created at the maximum size before it over-lapped any other points.

But even so, this is a great tool, thank you very much for bringing it back for LW9!

Pictrix's R-Connect 4 is also a great tool to fillet corners. It’s got more features than the others… my favorite being the ability to apply a different radius/segmentation on a per-point basis if desired.
It allows you to save out the resulting geometry as either a polygon, spline, or just points and you can retain the original shape after applying the fillet if need be.
