I just orderd LW9 yesterday w/overnight shipping for today for an emergency project. Is LW still shipping w/dongel issues? I didn't know about this till today... and now I'm very worried that I will not be able to finish this project on time.
I pray that it'll work, I talked my friend into buying it so I could complete his project by Monday.

If it isn't corrected, you might be a able to go to your registration page and download 8.5. I guess it's Modeler that has problems and not Layout. Good luck.

Lightwave's red dongle woes have been eliminated. It should work like a charm.

How's that? Some kind of software upgrade? I use LW9 at home(USB Dongle) and at work(Parallel), and getting modeler started can be a real pain. Usually I need to re-install the dongle drivers, because from day to day something must change and that seems to correct it for awhile.

If you are having issues with your dongles please call or e-mail us here at tech support. Have your serial number handy when you do call, please.
