probably simple question

I all new to this whole "LightWave" buisiness, so this is probably a simple question

Ive got two points exactly on top of eachover and I dont know how to select one of the points so I can move it. Any ideas???

Select an edge (LW9) or a poly (earlier versions) that is connected to the point you want to move. Choose "select points" from the selection section of the view tab. This will convert your edge/poly selection to points. Deselct the verts you DON'T want to move and VOILA!

The method will still work, just select a poly instead of an edge.

you can also select the points, hit i on the keyboard, and you will see your points listed, with lots of info about them, and they will be numbered. In that list you can deselect one, which leaves the other selected, then you can move it.

I couldn't function without the "i" key.
