IVGA Black screen while viewing Windows Media Player on another computer.

First time posting... I started recording our church services live with TriCaster on Christmas Day 2005. The IVGA has worked flawlessly while importing powerpoint presentations and all other screens from our Sancuary computer through TriCaster... But when we play a video clip using Windows Media Player on that same computer, all I see at TriCaster is a black screen. Please Help!

as explained in the manual:

Right click on the iVGA icon in the Task Tray...MediaPlayer is an option that must be selected if you are going to be playing any videos through Windows Media Player. Otherwise, digital rights management will only present a black screen on the media player.
