Am I totally blind or is there no access to luxigon structures with LScript?

never heards of such a thing as luxigons with lscript. :D

Nor the SDK. So I abandoned the quest with luxigons and am working on creating it purely in LAyout and building lights grids directly. Not the answer I wanted but a workable one non-the-less. Thanks though!

Luxigons are just polygons with a specific tag ... so can you find polygon tags with the SDK?

i was under the impression that a luxigon used CS commands by attaching an lscript command to a polygon (to make a light).
and due to that impression, i believed that a powergon used CS commands to run any command in layout (like attaching cameras to polygons, or whatever).

Yeah you shuld be able to use CS commands on them, but that still would not have given me the control I wanted. Besides it was just a long way around the problem. I'm hitting it head on by creating all the lights with my new plugin instead of needing to create luxigons first.

i never bothered with luxigons. i use familyclone for all kinds of cloning from polygons / points / normals etc. it's a bit neater and easier to control, imho.
