Help with TMPGEnc and rtv.vfp

Thanks for reading post. I'm trying to convert 10minute T2 RTV program to Mpeg 1. I inported the rtv.vfp file and tried to start a conversion but I get the "erro occured when ACM was initialized" message. I've redone the project and re-rendered it to an uncompressed RTV file but same message. I also tried an uncompressed AVI file but again the same message.
If you have a suggestion I'd appreciate it, Also if there is a site to go to for more TMPGEnc help this would be great.

If you have audio (WAV) along with your video (RTV) - insert that in the file requester. Otherwise set TMPGEnc to "stream type", Video only or System - Video only.
acm is the audio subsystem of windows trying to get the input codec opened.

Maybe you've suffered from going straight into the wizard mode of TMPGEnc?
