LW9 Companion upgrade question

I have a question regarding the LW9 companion upgrade. On the NewTek store website it says that modo is one of the elligible applications that qualify. On Safe Harbor Modo is not listed. I would prefer to order from SafeHarbor as they get all my business but I want to make sure that modo is truly in fact elligible?

If Newtek is saying it is, I'm certain it must be. I would try to contact someone from Safeharbor before you order to be certain.

How long until the Companion upgrades with printed manuals are available?

Is buying the companion "competitive" upgrade the same as buying a full boxed verison of LW9?
