Rigging Techniques

I was just wondering what techniques, tutorials, plugins etc... do you guys use to rig your biped or quadruped characters. I found a good tutorial in NewTek's tutorial database (http://www.newtek.com/products/lightwave/tutorials/animation/rigging/index.html) and just doing a general search, this guy (http://www.anzovin.com/TSM2Maya/) has a software that will rig your characters for you but has nothing for LW.

Auto Character Setup for Lightwave is made to order to help do quick animation rigging. Polas makes some excellent plugins for Lightwave, so check this link..
