Forum question: How do you send a personal message?

When I try to send someone a personal message, it says I need to fill in the user name, yet the user name is allready filled in. Am I missing someting? Is this intended to tie into an instant messaging system or something?

I just sent you one to try it out and it gave me that error too. Did you fill in the subect line because that's why I got it?
