Oh that's a great new feature for LW9: a splash screen to alert you when you're running in discovery mode. Saves the old "work away at the scene for half an hour then go to save and realise you've forgotten to plug in the dongle and now it's too late" frustration.

Crimney! User friendliness, in a newtek product! Hope it's the start of something good here.

Yeah it's horrible! I even heard that radiosity related settings are now found from the Render tab instead of under light properties!
