Scene Corrupt

I have been working on a project for a long time and this evening I opened it up and it just gave me an error to say that it was unable to continue loading the project.

So I think I lost everything I have worked on. Any ideas on what I can do to remedy this mess?

Take a look at it in notepad, see if you can salvage it. This is a lesson hard learned, but once learned does you well. Always, ALWAYS save backups. I have backups of all the objects, surfaces, displacements, and scene files as I work on scenes. I know it doesn't help you now, but it's something to keep in mind.

Yea there isnt anything in the file :(

The only problem is figuring out how everything goes again. I had a backup from a few days ago but it doesnt have anything in the right place :(
