Help: skelegon symmetry (Motionbuilder preset) ?!

Help: skelegon symmetry ?!

I'm trying to work with this skelegon preset (for motionbuilder) in modeler. Why is symmetry not working ? Everything seems to be perfectly centered !
Still no symmetry. Why ?
Is it because right and left side have different names ? If yes, is there a workaround?

If you are using the skelegons from 3dDave, here's what I did: delete everything on the right side and mirror the left. This, unfortunately, mirrors the center bones as well. So, what I did, using SkelegonEditor, I deleted unnecessary skelegons. You could delete them manually as well. Finally, I renamed the new skelegons with the "right" prefix.
