I was reading open letter from Jay Roth http://www.newtek.com/lightwave/lw9_letter.php at the bottom he mentioned "LW Mind Reading Helmet" LOL

Is this for real? I know the goverment works on weightless perpetual motion machine but what the heck :o.

BTW it is a good letter covers many thing that are being address and will be coming in the near future.

Yes this is real, it uses radioactive decay to measure brainwaves and create what you are thinking of
