I setup Lightnet as defined in the guide, but I cannot get it to work on the remote node. When I look at the overview of current screamers in the options panel all I see is my master machine. It just does not make sense.
I have also tried Amleto 2.2 and it renders, then reports frames dropped. Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Troy

I have lightnet too and have had no trouble with it.
Install lightnet on your render node(s) and on your master.
You need to set the network drives to exactly the same on the render nodes as you have on the master PC. So for example on the master PC I have 'Z' setup as my screamnet dirctory. 'F' as my development drive and R as my render drive.
Fire up the lightnet node on the slave first and make sure its set as slave. Configure the paths as required and start the node. Then do the same for all other nodes before finally doing the master. Add scenes and begin. You should see each node kick in and begin to load the scenes.
This is from memory as I haven't used it for a while, but hopefully it will help!
