Nevermind the skeleton Poser model.
I was using digital photos of walls that I photographed and using them to texture walls. The walls are modelled stones to fit the photo. The floor is just a jittered plane with several layered textures.
I'm going for the gloomy look.
here are some similar images (with another Poser skeleton) of stones I modelled from a digital photo of a wall. They are lit with three different HDRI maps.
... getting sort of repetitive, I know.

I like render studies like these. They allow us to compare render results without having to spend the time rendering ourselves.
I like the quality of the textures, mrdx.

Great stone.
I really like the composition on the first one too. The very simple lighting really works in this case, adds to the impression of a cellar with a distant daylight overhead.

I really like the second image and the third, the one lit with warmer lights. The latter one looks like it is lit by a torch on a wall.
