Motion diplacement

Greetings all, I can't seem to get a reply back from the help desk so I thought I'd try here...

I'm using the FBX plugin to import the motion data from Motionbuilder, back onto my models, and nearly everytime I import the data it looks like the attached pic. Sometimes it comes in looking ok, but when I save the scene, restart lightwave and load the scene back it's messed up again. I've gotten good results before, but they are random and unpredictable, if anyone has an idea, I would love to hear it..

It looks like points are not weighted to the bones. Maybe FBX screws it up on import.

Actually, after fighting it for a long long time, I found out what was wrong...

I have an overlapping weightmap between the chest and the torso, and it can cause this to happen when you have "Use Weight Map Only" selected for those bones, I deactivated it and it works now...
