I have a strange proplem with a TriCaster PAL I received yesterday.
When I try to launch TriCaster software I get a message launching error: "TriCaster can not run on this machine"
I didn't install any software or change anything on the unit. I installed several TriCasters and I didn't have any problem in the past.
Any idea?

You should contact tech support. It sounds like there could be a hardware problem.

Instead of hijacking this thread, I've answered your cross-post and moved that over to TriCaster - Community.

I had this show up after my demo unit was powered off in the middle of a demo. B&H was in the next booth, had not requested electricity, and decided to tap the duplex box I had paid $140 for becuase I actually read the Exhibitor manual that required you to purchase electricity. No biggie, but you would think they'd use some care when plugging their stuff in, seeing as they had not paid for the box. They completely took me out in a middle of a demo at the ACM conference, and I kept getting this error eveytime I started the system. If I unplugged it, it would work, but on a restart it might happen again. That was great while I was trying to demonstrate the reliability.
BTW, all I got was a 'ooops, sorry' and the guy did not offer to help or anything.
I need to send our unit in for reimaging, so perhaps this can be looked at.
