We do lots of production for TV, DVD, and internet. We take the same programs and use it on all mediums.
When you use the IVGA output from your computer to the Tri-Caster there is a black underscan around the entire screen. Not a problem when you are going to TV, but a huge issue when you go to the internet. I just lost a good chunk of my screen real estate, especially in PowerPoint. You have to allow for the action safe line in your presentations for it to look right or stuff falls off the screen.
If I fix it for TV then the internet version doesn't work. If I fix it for the internet then the TV version doesn't work.
Rock and a hard place. Any ideas?
If not, I'll have to return the tri-caster until the feature is done. Bummer.
