Hello!
I haven't been using LW for a while, but now that I need it Modeller is giving me problems. And I already searched the board and found an advise to roll back on the vcard driver. Didn't work, I'm still having the same problem. Please help! :)
Problem Description:
- Appearantly out of no reasion the modeller view update slows down almost to being a still image
- This happens while I'm in a fullscreen perspective view in modeller (textures, wiredisplay I need those for UV mapping)
- Layout needs to run at the same time in the background for test renders
When I quit Layout, Modeller works -- but that's not really an option to me (Max, Maya, XSI all have integrated modelling solutions LW doesn't so I need both running at the same time)
My win XP 32 bit system:
ATI Radeon X1800 512 MB
AMD 64 X2 4400+
4 GB Ram
(Even have x64 here, but a lot of my other sorftware didnt work, so that's also not an option... yet)
I am running the Omega 3.8.231 drivers. Switched back to them, the newest ones had the same problems.
Working with jerky modeller views is really a pain. Can someone please give me a tip how to solve this issue?
Thanks a lot! :)
