Hi.

I haven't really posted here before, but I thought it would never be too late to start. I have posted quite a lot over at LWG3D but I thought that maybe I could get additional help here.

Here's a Z4 that I've been working on. It isn't finished, particularly the interior, but I'd appreciate any comments, especially on the lighting and surfacing setup (other than the fact that I haven't textured anything yet). Don't worry about the radiosity artefacts near the wheels, I was just trying to speed up the render.

My first post too, so i'll keep it brief!!

Excellent work, i'm in the early stages of modelling a 206 rally car, but it's know where near as polished as the Z4.

I can only point out in my limited experience that the front door looks a bit pinched by the hinges.

Other than that top stuff!!

Looking good, but shouldnt it have larger rims, i dont think any person getting a Z4 would have small wheels, crank em up to 19" alloys!

Other than that, stop posting so many images, my dang 56K has fainted...

Baldo. If you need to check out the scene set up, it's very similar to that used by Meni in the Audi concept scene in the content that came with lightwave.

Rei, I'll check the size of the rims. As for the images, I've only posted 8 images in over a month on this thread, if people replied more often then these would be spaced out a bit. (I've just got broadband so I've quickly lost touch with how frustrating 56k can be!)

but it seems many people don't want to share model files (even it's not a commercial matter).

Baldo. When it's finished I might decide to release it. I haven't yet released anything for sale but I think I might do with this one. Otherwise you could have it for nowt.
