Anyone suffer from frequent Tricaster crashes?

The tricaster we purchased consistently locks up, even when doing simple tasks. When i first got it, i thought it was just because i move really fast on a computer and maybe that was part of the problem. Then when someone got on it that wasn't really familiar with the Tricaster (much slower) it was still hanging up for him just as frequently. Is this a normal thing? Is there a possibility we have a faulty tricaster or something?

We experience a lot of crashes as well. Frequently get the dialog screen the says wait 10 seconds or restart Tri Caste now.

We experience lock us especially if we are recording live and try to play video at the same time.

I would chime in with Paul, contact Tech Support, they are tops
I know - I do work with them also like Paul... These lock ups sometimes
need to be looked at..

Yeah mine does, but I'm use to canopus stuff that does not crash as much.
