Very nice texture! Is this guy animated?

Please show some wires. Is that hexagon pattern a procedural bump map? It looks a bit too regular for an organic texture.

Thanks for the comments, no animation yet (I've never done any) but I'm thinking about trying something simple with him. The bump is a bitmap but it's tiled at the moment which does look a little un-natural. I need to do some hand painting to break it up.
I'll post some wires shortly though I didn't model it in Lightwave! :o

What did you use to model it? It looks amazing
Thankyou! It was modeled in Silo.

Silo? In a Lightwave WIP forum. *Goes to fetch the stake and matches*
I think the eyes are too small, the body also looks too lean, more like a velociraptor, T-rexs were pretty heavy.
Overall, it's pretty decent though. Would have been better if you'd used lightwave of course...
LOL! I'm wearing a hair shirt in penance! Thanks for the comments :)

I think you did some very nice modeling, no matter it wasn't in LW. I like the facial features, especially nostrils, teeth and the texture used on the eyes. Looks very menacing. I also like how you colored the skin. Looks great. The scale pattern does need a little work, but overall it's a great t-rex.
