Where can I find the LW_TextureEnvironment

To all, I have Lightwave 7 and am trying to check out LW_TextureEnvironment but it's now where to be found. should it be apart of lightwave or is it a plug in I have to down load.

Look under the scene tab, then hit 'backdrop' and then the pull down menu titled 'add environment'.
