Lighting a building

I need to do a flythrough for a large block of offices starting outside and going into the interior. I would like to use Radiosity and will propably try baking the lights / radosity into the txtures, but Does anyone know any good techniques to setting up the lights before the baking process, I.e Sky dome and also a strong area light, bearing in mind in needs to work inside and out. when i try just using a sky dome the rooms don't seem light enough..

Does anyone have any good tips
