Here are some renders I did of a T-Rex model. Comments/criticisms welcome. Any tips for greater realism appreciated...

Good start! It looks like there's not enough defenition throughout the body. His neck should be thinner and longer.
I would recommend using some reference photos. Check this out

There have been a couple of dinosaur-related tutorials posted to our site as well. I know they're a different dinosaur than you're trying to model, but they may help.
