Hypervoxel alpha - wheres my transparency?

These blobs are see through, and thus the alpha should reflect that shouldn't they? Is it possible to get a correct alpha?

You have turn off raytrace transparency and refraction -
You could make your own black & white image by using the incidence angle gradient in the color channel, and use that as an alpha....:grumpy:
