This isn't lightwave related really, but I thought other people here might have encountered this...

My Epson Stylus C84 black print nozzle has become gunked up (I guess) enough that it is barely printing anything despite repeated running of the supplied head cleaning utility. In fact the more I try and clean it the worse it get so that it barely prints anything now. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might manually clean it or otherwise fix this? I'm out of ideas. Manual is no help.

You could try this (http://inkjetprinterhelp.us/printhead.html) but its not for the fainthearted

Hehe thanks... I guess I'll give it a whirl. If I do nothing its a big hunk of worthless plastic anyway.

I've gone through 3 Epson printers in the last 2 years. They just up and stopped printing - they printed perfectly fine, then I changed the ink cartridges, and nothing... I'll have to try this. I have one of them sitting on my office floor gathering dust, still holding four brand spankin' new ink cartridges (worth more than the printer of course).
