Hi

I am trying to install 7.5 onto an XP machine at work and I cannot even get the installation to work. All I get is an "Internal Error 2711" error Once I click OK there is another "error 1603". Then the wizard exits. The system detects and dongle OK and I've even updated the drivers, but it still won't install.

Any ideas?

you need to upgrade the sentinel drivers.

on your lighwave cd, there is a install_lightwave folder, and then a subfolder called sentinel.

Run the sentinel setup.exe and it will have a upgrade button. Click the upgrade button and allow the upgrade to install. Reboot the system and then do your 7.5 upgrade!
