Beginner- HELP!!!

Hey,

Im just a beginner to lightwave, and i mean beginner, and i need some help. Im about to start a car (Maclaren) and ive imported a background blue print, but i dont know where to go from there. My freind sugested spline draw but im not really sure, so if anybody can help i would really appreciate it.

but they have a tutorial on a mclaren and the setup is in the free section...it explains it very well...check it out.

If your a newbie, i would box model it!

Start of with a box roughly the same size

Cut it up using either by sub dividing, knife or bandsaw.

Then keep doing that till you've got enough points,
move them about till you happy with the rough shape then "tab" it and move points even more!
