Well, i came up with this just in the last couple of hours. This is no were near finished, for one thing I haven't even started on the mouth, eyes or ears (if I decide to give him ears!)

I want your crits on the modelling. I'm a newbie to 3D computer art, so I'm not very good. I would appreciate all crits aswell as things you think are good about it!

Next thing to do after the head is to give him a giant body!

The modified chin looks a lot better; The prior picture just looks like someone cold-cocked him so hard, his jaw fell off. :)

He looks less like a demon and more like some kind of wrinkly golem type creature, with all those folds around the eyeridges and chin.

Looks good. It reminds me of the scream mask. I really like all the folds and wrinkles but how's your mesh? It would be good to see a non subpatched wireframe.

Having trouble around the lower jawline, however it's getting there slowly!

The next thing i'll do, (proabably disafternoon -GM-) is the chin and behind the jaw.

Thanks for the imput so far. Encouragement would be greatly appreciated as i'm going away in a couple of days, and might not feel like finishing it when i get back!

Looking at neck, and the sinew attenuation. What you think.

I proabably wont do anymore modelling to the face, apart from eyes and mouth.

I've left the nose as it is, because in think it looks good!

I've also left out the ears, i don't think a creature like this would have ears!

I'll proabably do the teeth, thinking of cat like, canines overly exgerated!

But i wont be able to do anything more for the next two and half weeks!

And i'll do the body before going into texturing.

That's some nice work there. Some horns might help him look a little more demon like. Or maybe some glowing eyes instead...?

I'm back!

I've been away for the week, so i haven't had access to a computer to do anything!

Teeth are the next thging on the list! I don't want to put horns on it, because thats just cheesy!

Try a highly reflective or non-reflective(anti-matter type)pitch black eyes.

Black eyes were always creepy to me.They lack compassion in my eyes (do-h)

ok, here is a little update! lips (i hate em)

Just done the bottom one, is it too big? too small?
