hehe yeah the character is meant to be 'poor', but the eyes should be done tomorrow.

done the eyes now, just the rigging to do.

I don't get the thing with the asymetrical eyes? Also, the waist band looks too big and too rounded, looks like shorts will fall right off - like he is sitting in them rather than them clinging or belted to him.

Nearly finished the rigging now, just need to fiddle with the shorts and elbows a little longer.

:) yeah thats the idea. I dont want the short that hes in to be serious, the actually story is quite serious but i want the setting and general feel to be quite jolly and quirky.
