Format, reinstall, and dongle problems

It was one of those times when Windows died a horrible death, so I had to format C:\ and start over. I got everything reinstalled, but LW thinks it hasn't been registered and I've got 11 days to get it thinking that it is.

It sounds like it can see your dongle since it is not running in discovery mode. You should login to the registration area on the main newtek site and look up your permanent license key.

don't forget that they changed the drivers for 8.5 so you have to update your dongle drivers.

The fact that LW is saying you have 11days to register, means it needs your permanant licence key, i believe....

If it were working in discovery mode, i would say it's the dongle.....

But because it's working for the 14 days with the temp licence key,
it sounds like you just need the correct licence file.
