Default Capture Stereo 4816

I would prefer a default to two channel stereo capture rather than the Floating Point setting that the capturing currently defaults to. This has been requested by other elsewhere.

As of 4.6c, SOME of the defaults were changed to this, but sadly not all.:screwy:

.... or even better, a user assigned default. At the very least, make it remember the last setting you used on the last shutdown.
