Final Plee For Help re: LW Tour

So far I've written to Larry Schultz, Lee Stranahan, Chuck, and Posted to three NewTek mesage boards and NO RESPONSE.

My question is simple:

I paid to attend the upcoming LW Tour in San Francisco (next week, May 27th - 28th). I was one of the first to sign up. Now, I cannot attend. Can I transfer my spot to another LW user (for free)? Can I get my money back? Is anyone who lives in the Bay Area interested in attending, on my dime, for free?

Forget an upgrade to LightWave, how about an upgrade in customer service and satisfaction?

Sheesh.

Apologies if I have missed your correspondence somehow, but I cannot locate any email from you in my email files. In any case, Lee handles all business matters related to the tours. He's a very reasonable person, and I cannot imagine that he wouldn't be happy to see anyone who can attend, regardless of who may have originally purchased the training, or to refund your payment if you cannot attend.
