I was just curious if anyone has had any success with Michael Bristols .psa/.psk plug for LW to unreal. I have been able to successfully export .psk's.....and .psa's however the animation coming into UED is not good at all.
Basically, I have no problems actually "using the plug" or exporting from Lightwave. My problem lies in the fact that the animation data is screwy. I have read the documentation several times over so I do not understand what is happening.
Should the character be facing a certain axis in modeler when dropping skelegons in?
Is there anything that the basic documentation from Bristols page lacks or is missing in order to get it to work properly?
I hear a lot of different people recommend this plug yet I wonder how many have used it successfully, because I can not get animation data across cleanly to UED.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.
Cheers, M
