I'm trying to figure out how to make a pixar-style head. This is my first attempt.

what about sub-patch weighting?

edit:heh, it's a lot harder to type with a baby on your lap....

Thanks. I don't know what that is but will be reading about it.:newhere:

Any more advice or modeling tips will be greatly appreciated.

Update : Did a few bandsaws around the eyes, nose, and jaw. Haven't desided which direction to go with the ears..I'll get to that later. Started the body. As soon as I learn about Subpatch Weighing I will try to apply that to the brows.
