Updates to plugins

Just a quick message to those who use my plugins, there's been a few updates to a few of them in recent days to fix things like Motion blur bugs, so anyone who uses them check my web site for the latest versions of MG Wheel and Springy thingy if not more.

Thanks :) I want to add some little light management to the Layer manager, but I have to get my head round how I'm going to do that.... :)
