I need a tutorial for a 3D male body for gaming

I need it for a game, so it most be a lower detailed tutorial. A tutorial for texturing it would also be helpful. So if you have any good tuts please tell me where they are. I already have a human, but I think it would be better if I did it again. So thanks in advance
