Add a layer and it will Shift the layers and the layer names also. If you delete a layer it will not shift the names with the layers? It will shift the layers and there names will not shift with them. Is this a mistake? Shouldn't deleting a layer also shift all layers and the names like the add function does?
It is futile to delete layers when you have some or all named because when it shifts the layer contents but not the names then I have to rename all the layers and that's a ton of work in most my models.
We need the delete layer function to shift the layers with the names intact. I have a feeling this is what they intended because the add layer function does this but the delete layer function does not.
Please help me!
I'm dreaming about a layer manager similar to with renaming/numbering tools for multiple layers , colors and possibility to group too... and a deleting function that moves the names with the layers when you delete one.
Is there a Plug-in that will help organize my layers and give me more functionality?
