Use of Looping Videos / Alpha Channels

It would be great to used looping MOV files with alpha channels as lower thirds. I've done some work arounds using IVGA as My CG channel but it would be nice to have the ability built in for moving overlays

I spoke incorrectly a bit, I meant to suggest that this be an option for transitions. The ability to use MOVs with alpha channels, like some digital juice stuff, as transitions.
