Is Downgrading to 7.5d possible...?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to downgrade from 8.5 to 7.5d,
I never purchased a copy of 7.5 but I used it al lot on a friends machine
and it was rock solid.

I have had too many problems with my copy 8.3/8.5 on my dual opteron,
Nvidia QuadroFX 1400 PCIE, 2Gb.

Don't ask me about v9, as the NDA does not allow me to talk about it.

I believe you can simply download the 7.5D update which is the full version of 7.5. Your license key will work with 7.5D since the key is tied to your dongle. Try it and see.

yep, signal to noise is right. link is in my sig. i recommend an alternate config location and keeping 8.5 around, just for those projects that require it.

I just got v8.0.1 and all the issues I had is no more...
I think some of the "updated" plugins are causing the problems for me
in 8.5 - 9. I use a dual opteron/QuadroFX 1400 PCIE, 2GB ram.

Is it possible to replace the 8.5-9 plugins with the 8.0.1 plugins...
All I want is stability and I'll be happy...
