image based lighting

Hi,
I'm very new to lightwave, and I saw this video on how to do image based lighting in 3DSMax. How do I go about this in LightWave? Also, what is an occlusion map?

Get yourself Nick Boughens book on Lighting in LW - it's a must buy for this sort of thing. But in a nutshell, image based lighting is using a HDR image in LW as your "imageworld" or "textured bg" then using thisto light your scene with radiosity enabled.
