Ha-that was a really lame thread title-sorry. Anyways, I am trying to bake surface textures for a model. I don't have any experience with using surface baker. My object is made of only 3 and 4 vertices. I am baking to image and setting a resolution of 1024. Here is my baked texture. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong.

Do you have any shaders applied that might conflict?

I see some polygon stretching between parts of your UV map, causing those lines you can see between the wing sections. You might want to some point unwelding and rewelding to fix that.

Also, check your model for duplicate polygons; dupes cause all sorts of rendering ugliness.

Thanks Guys I believe I have it working. I think it was the polygon stretching.
