Help..me..please

Ok I am farely new to LW and I have done a character for my final class project. I have spent the whole day texturing one half of my character thinking it wont be a problem to mirror stuff over. I was wrong.

I guess I didnt center my model before I started applying my textures and now the mirrors look funny. I have several dozens textures.

So am I screwed?
