But,I like first one design!

this is a hard call actually. I think I like the first one more, however. The second one looks like it could be the cover of a video game or something. Just didn't seem to fit in my mind on a proffessional level.

Well, the first poster says "Wave Awards", so it's not actually accurate if it's for the Wavy Awards.

Other than that, if I had to pick one, it would be the second. The first one's title is a little hard to read, plus, it seems a little bare with a lot of blank space.

Just my thoughts...
