I have a VT4.5 and I am having problems with the system freezing up. I am using the system in a live production church setting. We have 3 cameras hookes up via Y/C. And I have imported all of my .AVI files onto my HD's. I also have the audio mixer, 2 DDR's, filebin, and the CG running simultaneously. I either get a .dll video player error or the video becomes un-synced and finally the systme becomes unresponsive. I need some SERIOUS help! This is a BRAND NEW SYSTEM.

Hello,
1st off try install 4.6c, this may clear up your problems,
but to really help figure this our more information is needed.
was this stable system ?
was it built by a dealer ?
whats the hardware specs ?
have you run autofig ?

Make sure your nVidia Desktop manager is disabled. You cannot use the Desktop manager without cause lockup problems.

How do I do that?

In your system tray (down in the right hand corner of the desktop) you should have an nVidia icon (this is assuming of course, that you have an nVidia graphics card). Right click on it and you should get a menu. Choose the nVidia Display option. You will get a window with some options down the left. Choose Desktop Management. At the top, then, you should see nView Desktop Manager. If the button says "enable" then leave it alone (because it is disabled). If the button say "disable" then it is currently enabled (which you don't want) so push the button to disable. Click OK and you should be set.
