HELP-Had Par Dongle, Updated it for a USB Dongle now what???

Ok I updated my Par Dongle for a USB Dongle.

Have new 64 bit machine, LW[8]64 is loaded and is running great..

Ok, How do I load the LW[8] 32 bit, on the 64 bit machine???

LW [8] 32 bit install, LW 32 bit asks for the sentinal drivers to be installed, Ok I have the newer version for the 64bit sentinal drivers loaded.

I am really confused here....Because I want to run the 32bit LW because of the plugins issues.

Any Ideas Help Please

The Sentinel drivers will work for both versions of Lightwave. You can install both versions on your machine the only difference being is that you install the LW64 to your Program Files while you would install LW32 to Program Files (x86). Program Files (x86) is where you would install any other 32bit programs including your plug-ins. Hope this helps.

The 64 bit LW is the Downloaded version from Newtek web site.

The 32 bit LW is the one from the LW 8 cd set, when I upgraded to LW 8.

Ok I load the LW 8 from the cd [ LW 8 3D] the 32 bit program disk,
the 4 disc set, from the LW 8 upgrade.

It cannot find dongle???

Plus I have the new USB dongle I sent in my Par Dongle for a Usb because my new Tyan MB does not have a Par Port.

Have you installed the latest dongle drivers? See other post pertaining to this issue and follow the link to get proper drivers since you will need to have the latest as described in the link.
